With the formal formation of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has made substantial progress in regulating the gambling industry. The WAM, the United Arab Emirates’ official news agency, made the statement late on Sunday, September 3.
